Frequently asked questions
How much does a sales app with Andes Sync cost?
We don't charge for development. You pay a one-time setup of US$50, which includes cloud deployment and a subdomain (yourbusiness.andesync.com), and then 10% of the sales your app processes. If you prefer your own .com domain, it costs an extra US$12.50 per year.
What if I have a month with no sales?
You pay no commission. The commission is calculated only on processed sales, so our income depends on your app selling.
How long until it is ready?
It depends on the size of your catalog and the integrations you need. Your dashboard shows the current stage and the estimated delivery date, so you never have to ask.
Does the money from my sales go through you?
No. Your customers' payments go to your account through the payment gateway. Each month we send you the commission statement so you can pay it online.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. A subdomain is included at no cost and, if you want your own domain such as yourbusiness.com, we set it up for US$12.50 per year.
Is the app mine?
Your brand, your photos, your products and your customer and sales data are always yours. The app is provided as a service: the platform, the code and the servers belong to Andes Sync, which is why you do not pay for development. If you ever decide to leave, give us 30 days' notice, we close the app and hand over all your data in Excel. If you need software with the code in your name, we build it under our Custom software model.
